- Blend the Ingredients: Start by blending strawberries, sugar, and water in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Heat the Mixture: Gently heat the blended mixture in a saucepan. Warm it without boiling. Stir in a slurry made from tapioca starch or cornstarch mixed with water, stirring continuously until slightly thickened.
- Freeze Overnight: Pour your mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Freeze on a level surface for 24 hours for best results.
- Spin to Creamy Perfection: Remove your pint from the freezer and spin using the sorbet setting on your Ninja Creami machine. If it's not creamy enough, simply respin once more.

🌀Tools You’ll Need
- Blender: Makes mixing ingredients effortless.

- Ninja Creami Pint Container: The pint container is essential for freezing and churning your ice cream mix.
Tips for Success
- Macerate strawberries by tossing them with sugar and allowing them to sit for about 30 minutes before blending. This enhances flavor and sweetness.
- If your sorbet turns crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons water and respin until smooth.
- Before freezing, taste your mixture to ensure it’s slightly sweeter and more flavorful than you'd prefer since flavors dull slightly once frozen.
- Store leftover sorbet flattened to ensure easy respinning without damaging your Ninja Creami blades.
- Enjoy leftover sorbet by thawing slightly, microwaving using the ice cream setting, or respinning.
Ninja CREAMi FAQs
If your sorbet comes out watery, it's usually due to too much water content or not enough freezing time. Ensure proper freezing overnight and precise ingredient measurements.
Excessive freezing time or insufficient blending can cause rock-hard sorbet. Let it thaw slightly before respinning for the perfect creamy texture.
Traditional sorbet doesn't include milk, making it naturally dairy-free. For extra creaminess, dairy alternatives like almond or coconut milk can be added.

This one’s for the strawberry fans—it’s rich, creamy, and just sweet enough to feel like a treat. It has real sugar, but the texture is so smooth and satisfying. I hope you all enjoy it as much as we do—let me know if you give it a spin!
