3
tablespoon
Monk Fruit Sweetener with Erythritol

⅔
cup
Water
Instructions
Blend: Add strawberries, monk fruit, and water into your blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Freeze: Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint and freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
Spin: Place pint in Ninja Creami machine and select the "Sorbet" setting.
Respin: If it's crumbly, respin once more to achieve a creamy texture.
Serve: Scoop using an ice cream scoop, serve immediately, and enjoy!
Notes
If too crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons of water. Respin until desired texture is achieved.
Before freezing, taste your sorbet base to fine-tune sweetness. It should be slightly sweeter than your preference since freezing dulls sweetness.
Flatten leftovers in the pint container before freezing. This ensures the Ninja Creami blade isn't damaged during respins.
When eating leftovers, thaw slightly at room temperature, use a microwave’s ice cream setting, or respin in Ninja Creami.
