This Ninja CREAMi Peach Mango Sorbet is smooth, refreshing, and bursting with tropical flavors. With just two ingredients, it’s incredibly easy to make using the Ninja Creami ice cream maker.
Blend the Base – In a blender, combine the jar peaches (with juice) and frozen mango chunks. Blend until completely smooth. If your blender struggles, add water to help it along.
1¼ cups Peaches, 1¼ cups Frozen Mango chunks, ½ cup water
Freeze – Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours. Make sure to level the surface before freezing.
Spin in the Ninja Creami – Once frozen solid, place the container in your Ninja Creami, select the sorbet function, and let it do its magic.
Respin if Needed – If the sorbet is crumbly, add a tablespoon of juice and respin. This will give it a smooth, creamy consistency.
Serve & Enjoy – Scoop into a bowl and dig in!
Notes
If too crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoon of juice or milk and respin.
Freeze for a full 24 hours before spinning.
Use ripe fruit for maximum flavor.
Flatten the top of your mix before freezing for best results.
