Ninja Creami Earl Grey Tea Ice Cream
This
Earl Grey tea ice cream
is creamy, lightly sweet, and totally dairy-free. It’s one of those Ninja Creami recipes I keep on repeat—just three ingredients and zero sugar!

Ingredients
3
cups
Soy Milk
4
pieces
tea bags
6
tablespoon
Monk Fruit
Instructions
Steep the Tea:
Brew the earl grey tea bags in hot soy milk, then let it cool.
3 cups Soy Milk,
4 pieces tea bags
Sweeten It:
Stir in monk fruit while warm so it dissolves well.
6 tablespoon Monk Fruit
Freeze It:
Pour into a Ninja Creami pint container, level the top, and freeze flat for 24 hours.
Spin It:
Use the Lite Ice Cream setting on your Ninja Creami.
Respin (If Needed):
If it’s crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons soy milk and respin.
Notes
Crumbly? Add a splash of soy milk and respin
Freeze your base flat for smooth spinning later
Taste before freezing—it should be slightly sweeter than you want
For leftovers: flatten, refreeze, and respin—or microwave briefly
Avoid adding mix-ins before spinning—they’ll get pulverized
