If you love creamy, dairy-free ice cream loaded with Oreo cookies, this recipe is for you! With just five simple ingredients and a Ninja Creami, making this delicious treat at home is easy and fun.
Combine oat milk, coconut milk, blue agave, and vanilla bean in a bowl or inside ninja creami container pint.
1½ cup full-fat coconut milk, 1 cup oat milk, ¼ cup agave syrup, 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
Place in the Ninja Creami machine and select the Lite Ice Cream function.
After the first spin, add crushed Oreo cookies and select the Mix-In function.

Notes
If the ice cream is too crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons of any milk.
Always freeze for at least 24 hours before spinning.
Use high-quality vanilla bean paste for the best flavor.
If you have leftovers, be sure to flatten the top before refreezing. When you're ready to enjoy them, you can gently thaw or soften the mixture in a microwave oven (using the ice cream setting). Just remember that respinning it in the Ninja Creami will cause the Oreo cookies to break down into very fine pieces.
