24 oz Ninja Creami Pint Container
1 Blender
Ingredients
1
cup
cooked sweet potato
peeled
½
cup
sweetened condensed milk
1
cup
half and half
¾
cup
marshmallows
torched
Instructions
Cook sweet potato until very soft; cool and peel.
Torch marshmallows until deeply golden.
Blend sweet potato, condensed milk, half and half until smooth.
Pour into a Deluxe pint and freeze flat for 24 hours.
Spin on Ice Cream.
Respin once if crumbly.
Scoop a little well in the center, drop in the torched marshmallows, then run the
Mix-In
cycle.
Notes
Crumbly after first spin?
Normal. Respin fixes it.
Too thick?
Add 1–2 tablespoons half and half, then Respin.
Grainy texture?
Blend longer next time — sweet potato needs to be silky smooth.
Weak marshmallow flavor?
Torch the marshmallows darker. That caramelization matters.
