Notes
Freeze completely (24 hours minimum): A solid, flat freeze gives you the smoothest spin and protects the blade.
Crumbly after the first spin? Totally normal. Hit Respin once — this base almost always comes together on the second go.
Still dry? Add 1–2 tablespoons milk or half-and-half and respin until creamy.
Taste before freezing: The base should taste slightly sweeter than you want — freezing dulls sweetness.
Add mix-ins last: Chocolate chips and Oreos should only go in during the Mix-In cycle.
Color is optional: The green food coloring doesn’t affect flavor — skip it if you want.
Leftovers tip: Smooth the top flat before refreezing so it re-spins evenly next time.
Storage: Best within 1–2 weeks for peak texture and flavor.
