Ingredients

cottage cheese

sweetened condensed milk

vanilla bean extract

pure maple syrup

ube extract
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a Ninja Creami Deluxe pint, level the surface, and freeze 24 hours.
Spin once on Ice Cream setting.
If crumbly, Respin once or twice.
Add toppings or mix-ins during the Mix-In cycle if desired.
Notes
Freeze base for a full 24 hours before spinning.
Always Respin before adding mix-ins.
Adjust ube extract to your preferred intensity.
Store spun pint up to 2 weeks.
