Ninja Creami Mango Cranberry Ice Cream
A creamy mango ice cream swirled with bright, tart cranberry sauce. Extra smooth, fruit-forward, and the perfect holiday-inspired pint.

Ingredients
2
cups
fresh mango chunks
¾
cup
half and half
¼
cup
sweetened condensed milk
2-4
tablespoon
cranberry sauce
for Mix-In
Instructions
Add mango, half and half, and condensed milk to a blender. Blend until silky smooth.
Pour into a Deluxe Creami pint, staying below the max fill line.
Freeze for 24 hours.
Spin on Ice Cream mode.
If crumbly, Respin.
Make a small well and add cranberry sauce.
Run Mix-In to create cranberry ribbons.
Enjoy immediately or freeze 15–20 minutes for a firmer texture.
Notes
Fresh mango gives the creamier texture; frozen works but may need a splash more half and half.
For big cranberry streaks, use thick cranberry sauce and don’t over-mix.
If the pint freezes rock solid after storing, just run
Re-Spin
before serving.
Don’t add cranberry during the first spin — it will fully blend and lose the swirl effect.
Taste the base before freezing. If your mango is tart, add 1 teaspoon extra condensed milk.
