Ingredients
1 ½
cups
half and half

tablespoon
espresso instant powder
½
cup
cottage cheese

cup
sweetened condensed milk

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Blend half and half, espresso, cottage cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth
1 ½ cups half and half,
1 tablespoon espresso instant powder,
½ cup cottage cheese,
½ cup sweetened condensed milk,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Freeze flat in a Ninja Creami pint container for 24 hours
Spin using “Lite Ice Cream” function
Respin if crumbly—add 1-2 tablespoon milk if needed
