Blend cocoa mixture with all remaining ingredients (except brownies) until fully smooth.
1¼ cups half and half, ½ cup sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder, ½ cup cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
