Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine acai, coconut milk, banana, blueberries, cottage cheese, and monk fruit. Blend until smooth.
2 packs Sambazon Organic Acai Superfruit Smoothie Pack, ½ cup Coconut milk, 1 Banana, ¼ cup Blueberries, ½ cup Cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon Monk fruit sweetener
Freeze: Pour the mixture into a Ninja CREAMi pint container. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
Spin in Ninja CREAMi: After freezing, insert the pint into the Ninja CREAMi Deluxe and select the “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
Re-spin if needed: If the texture is too crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoon of coconut milk and re-spin until smooth and creamy.
